This badge is awarded to fighter pilots who have performed valiantly in the area of air superiority. A minimum of ten fighter sorties must be performed in a single campaign to qualify for this badge. Awardees are determined to rule the skies.

This badge is awarded to pilots or bombardiers who have performed valiantly in the area of RDP bombing. A minimum of five RDP sorties must be performed in a single campaign to qualify for this badge. Awardees are determined to crush allied supply.
